Narrator: T-REX CONTINUES HIS SEARCH FOR THE MEANING OF LIFE:
T-Rex: Okay, this is going to sound crazy, but hear me out. I think it may be possible -
T-Rex: - POSSIBLE, mind you, not certain, but possible -
T-Rex: - that a well-intentioned amateur who enters into a field he knows nothing about, under the assumption that the experts there have much to learn from HIS common-sense approach, may somehow only recreate errors the field has LONG since solved and, even in the best case, may only be REINVENTING the old work of others that he in his ignorance knows nothing about??
Utahraptor: Seems like it could be possible.
T-Rex: Well dang it!!
T-Rex: I have a sincere desire to know what the meaning of life is, AND now I've spent too much of my life NOT studying philosophy to make a meaningful contribution. GREAT WORK, everyone!
Utahraptor: Philosophy isn't math, T-Rex! Tons of people make great contributions even AFTER middle age!
T-Rex: Wait, MATH isn't solved either? We're still INVENTING NEW MATH??
Off panel: Yes. Unfortunately, we don't know what life is for, PLUS we don't have enough math yet to quite satisfy everyone.
T-Rex: Maaaaaan
