The haps: Kieran sent me a link to this picture, which is from this story, in which a man bites a dog so the dog bites him back. Look at that dog; he is a dog who looks exactly like T-Rex. I don't know how this happened, but he is clearly The Best Dog. His name is "Edge". Way to go, Edge! Edge is #2 on a Google Image Search for "dog". Edge is going all the way to #1.

ALSO IN SCIENCE NEWS: many people have emailed me to let me know that the T. rex probably tasted like chicken. I remember reading when this soft tissue was discovered, so it's really cool to see the results coming out of it. Thanks to everyone who emailed me about this!

seriously though the chicken pictured in the bbc article looks less like t-rex than edge the dog
