The haps: The "air suddenly and randomly all bouncing away from you" was my favourite sudden and random death as a kid. At the time I thought that due to the sudden loss of atmospheric pressure you'd explode too, but it turns out that while you might burst some blood vessels, you're not going to just suddenly become a red mist of gore. Oh well
