The haps: As part of researching this comic I found this article about what if everyone peed in the ocean at the same time, which, much like what if everyone jumped at the same time, wouldn't really go the way you expect and doesn't work out well for most people - and it occurred to me that perhaps the reasons questions like this are fascinating is that, while they're phrased as "what's something we could all do together that would be catastrophic", what we're really asking is "what's something I could do that would be one seven-billionth apocalyptic??"
