Update: there's no secret message in what Utahraptor is saying!  I had some people assume it was ASCII, but it's not, because there's 65 characters in ASCII until you get to letters, and I figured there's no way anyone would use a general-purpose text encoding scheme like that for a special purpose like dialogue.  So that is a very nerdy BUT WHOLLY PLAUSIBLE justification for me making up a few yesses and nos there.
