The folks over at Speed Demos Archive (of which the Devil is a fan) are running a SPEED RUN MARATHON starting yesterday and going for the next few days: Awesome Games Done Quick. 100% of the money raised goes to support the Prevent Cancer Foundation, which has what has to be the most delightful straight-forward charity name possible. They're doing these runs live, have thrown down what they think their times will be on the schedule, and will be giving away prizes to the audience.
